Product Introduction

The lining plastic steel pipe is based on galvanized seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe. After the inner wall is removed, the food grade polyethylene (PE) pipe with the same diameter as the galvanized pipe is lined. The thickness of the polyethylene liner is required to meet the HG/T 20538-2016 standard.
As is known to all, steel corrosion is very common, resulting in huge economic losses. We know that the corrosion of steel is mainly due to electrochemical corrosion, plastic corrosion aging is mainly caused by chemical corrosion and ultraviolet radiation, inner steel embedded plastic liner steel tube because the inner plastic tube is protected by the outer metal tube, completely eliminate the cause of plastic corrosion aging, so that the plastic tube has a durable performance. The outer metal tube is much more difficult to protect. Three layers of corrosion prevention measures are adopted on the outer surface of the embedded plastic steel tube with inner reinforcement: the first layer is galvanized layer, and the steel tube forms a cathode to protect against rust. The second layer: epoxy primer, which forms a dense polymer protective film on the surface of the galvanized layer to isolate it from the air and water, slow down the oxidation corrosion of the zinc layer, and thus improve the service life of the pipe. The third layer: finish coat, strengthen the protective effect of the film, improve the beauty of the product. Appropriate anti-corrosion measures should be taken to improve the service life of the system when it is used in underground. It can also be used in the line of plastic steel pipe as the base pipe, the outer surface is covered with a layer of plastic pipe "inner reinforcement embedded double-sided lining steel pipe" (PE pipe + carbon steel pipe +PP pipe series products directly buried use.
